Your Path to Better Sleep

Every step of your SnoreLess Sleep Solutions journey is designed to make treatment clear, comfortable, and effective.
We work closely with your sleep physician and general dentist to ensure you receive safe, personalized care from start to finish.

  • 1. Sleep & Health Information Review

Before your in-office evaluation, our team helps you gather the information we’ll need.
This may include your recent sleep study results, contact details for your sleep physician and dentist of record, and insurance information so we can verify potential coverage or benefits in advance.
Once your records are complete, we’ll help schedule your in-person evaluation.

  • 2. In-Office Dental Sleep Medicine Evaluation

Your first visit is an in-person dental sleep medicine evaluation with Dr. Green, a qualified dentist through the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine (AADSM).

We’ll review your health history, airway, and oral structures to confirm that oral appliance therapy is a safe and effective option for you.

  • 3. Digital Scans

Once you’re a good candidate, we take precise 3D digital scans of your teeth and bite. These scans allow us to fabricate a custom appliance with accuracy and comfort — no messy impressions needed.

This step iscompleted the same day as the dental sleep medicine evaluation, so no need to book a separate appointment.

  • 4. Custom Device Selection

Prior to leaving your dental sleep medicine evaluation, you and your qualified dentist will decide on the best oral appliance for you.

Every appliance is FDA-approved and custom-made for you.

  • 5. Delivery & Fitting

When your oral sleep appliance arrives, we’ll ensure a comfortable fit and teach you how to use and care for it.

Most patients notice quieter nights and improved energy within just a few weeks.

  • 6. Follow-Up Visits

We’ll meet with you at 1–3 months, then again at 6 months and annually to confirm your device remains effective and comfortable.

Follow-ups may be in-person or via telehealth for convenience.

  • 7. Efficacy Sleep Study

Once your device is properly adjusted, we coordinate with your sleep physician to complete an efficacy sleep study.

This confirms your results and ensures your treatment meets the highest standard of care.

  • 8. Ongoing Support

Our team is always here to help with adjustments, replacements, or insurance updates as your needs evolve.

We make maintaining your results as easy as achieving them.
